Sbarra Day Spa Services began in 1998 when, as a licensed massage therapist, I launched my first day spa in a two-room cottage on lovely Captiva Island, Florida. My goal was to transport clients beyond ordinary spa service to a unique, delightful, memorable experience — surrounded, in this case and at every turn, by a 1940s theme that captured the history and flavor of that small cottage.
